They know the website looks and feels right. And? You can have the best looking house in the world but without its furniture, would you really want to live there? The copy, text or words on your site are the most important part of it - they are your furniture. Remember, you have no salesperson to talk your customer, your text must do it on its own. Neglect your text and your customers will neglect you.
